My Views -

I am on fire, not literally. But I finish Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets within a day. In the second Harry Potter series, a house-elf Dobby tried his best to stop Harry from going to Hogwarts. Why? Because someone is planning something drastic in the school, Dobby wants to keep Harry safe and sound.

Things are not much different from the movie in this book, except they did cancel the exam in this one. Percy Weasley's character has some secrets that turn out to be quite cute in the end. Harry Potter faced Lord Voldemort for the third time, he knows why he is a parselmouth (someone who speaks serpent language), and Hagrid was expelled because Tom Riddle framed him. The students are terrified because the heir of Slytherin comes back to the school after 50 years and petrified Mudbloods/Muggles.

The book is fast-paced, and just like the first part, Hermione and Ron proved to be great sidekicks, but ultimately the hero was Harry Potter. I want to read how Ginny and Harry's love blossom in the next books because they didn't describe it much in the movies. It was like eye connection and sudden kisses in the further part, but I want more details. With that, I will start reading the third part, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
