Q.3 Why did you make the decision to become a personal coach?
A. I spend a lot of time with the youth in Church and I realized that instead of parents, youth look for advice outside especially to their peers who are also as good as them. Since youth is the future of this world if they are guided in the right direction, we will have a prosperous and peaceful world.

Q.3 Why did you make the decision to become a personal coach?

Q.4 What’s the difference between coaching and counseling?
A. Counseling is to help people overcome their problems. Coaching is for someone who would want to move to the next level and it is their choice and Coach will only help them to tap their potential.
Q.5 Tell us about your approach to life coaching and your specialist area?
A. As a Coach, many of them get into the mode of advice which is what we should avoid, it is all about asking the right questions, listening deeply to the clients and understands their challenges, strengths, and slowly guide them in the right direction.
Q.6 What are some of the challenges you faced when you first started?
A. I have been involved in facilitating sessions in Emotional Intelligence, Body Language, Communications, so it was easy for me to get myself up to the next level as a coach.

Q.7 What kind of impact would you like to make by your book?
A. Most of the families are nuclear only with Parents and the Children greatly miss their Grand Parents. I always see Parents as trainers and Grand Parents as Coaches. To give you an example, if a Children get lower marks in the exam parents would be upset but the grandparents would motivate the child to be better next time. I wanted to fill this gap and by writing this book anyone could get the nuances of Coaching especially the Parents who can become a coach.
Q.8 What is a typical day look like for you?
A. I start my day pretty early at 4am, write my book for a couple of hours, and workout for an hour and get ready to work. In the evening I spend time with, my son and wife playing Carrom or Chess.

Q.10 How would you describe your writing experience with Mary Priyadarshini?
A. Since she always reviews my books, she knows my style of writing, so it was easier.
Q.11 Does your family support your career as a writer?
A. Yes, they do. I always ask my son to choose my cover design, he helps me with that and does the final editing.
Q.12 What is your favorite part about being a coach?
A. It is always a great feeling when you see your clients flourish and do well.
Q.13 Does writing energize you or exhaust you?
A. It always energizes me.
Q.14 Do you have any unique and quirky writing habits?
A. I always start a book with one word or a topic in mind and develop the story.
Q.15 What do you consider to be your best accomplishment?
A. Being empathetic to everyone.
Q.16 What advice would you share with someone who wants to become a life coach or an author?
A. Empathy is key to being a Coach, next is to be a good listener and you should have the insight to understand what the client is not explicitly saying.
Q.17 Who edited your book and how did you select him/her?
A. My wife edits the book, I do not have a choice.
Q.18 Which famous person, living or dead would you like to meet and why?
A. Abdul Kalam, we know the reason, he also spent a lot of time with Youth the most humble human being with great achievements.

A. Bible, every time you read you get new learning.

A. When you start giving to others without any expectation your life will be blissful. I give my time, effort, share my experience, and learning whenever, wherever possible.
