My Review -

Turn the Tables by Priya Kumar is an inspirational book that tells the readers how to overcome hurdles and change them into possibilities. She wrote eleven novels and a recognized motivational orator. I read her book for the first time. Being a fan of non-fiction, I choose this book to learn something distinct.

Success opens doors for more opportunities. It does not mark the end of the road.

The book starts with a parable of Buddha, which further leads to twenty-eight chapters consists of Priya Kumar's accomplishments, anecdotes, and what she learned over these past few years. She talks about her school life struggles and how they mold her into a bigger person. She had nine years of experience as a French tutor, but one day she decides to quit her job and try her fate in motivational speaking. I connect with this part because I also left my teaching job and began working as a full-time blogger, which was not easy. Going out from your comfort zone and pushing your limits is not everyone's forte, but when you find the courage to do it, it will become the best decision of your life.

This book aims to change your vision, embrace your connections, and learn to handle and solve problems too. Although I feel the content is repetitive. The language is easily understandable, and the writing is flawless. In some places, I thought that the author was self-engrossed. Overall, this book is a light read, given with the questionnaire after each chapter to help you evaluate your life. I recommend this to the newbie or someone who needs any inspiration from another person's experiences.

Let others talk about the difference your work made in their lives, and you won't have to talk about the impact you created.
