Hindustani Sakhi Saheli consists of twenty non-vegetarian Indian recipes written by Aparna Nayak. This is the first recipe book I read that, too, for non-vegetarian dishes. What I find interesting is that the author uses less oil in the recipes, which makes the food extra salutary.
You'll find a lot of chicken recipes in the book. The author breaks each method into three parts: first will tell you the time you need for the preparation, and it serves to determine how many people. The second is about ingredients and then the instructions.
Count the memories, not the calories.
Aparna Nayak belongs to a traditional Indian family where fresh food is pretty significant. Her passion for cooking made her write this book. The recipes were pretty easy to make, and a step-by-step guide allowed you to stand out in front of your family and friends. If you love cooking non-vegetarian food, go for it. I would definitely recommend it.
